Job Type -Direct Hire

**Location:** Lincolnton ,NC
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM (after-school until ~6:30/7 PM)
**Pay:** $15–$20/hr

**Overview**

Support students—especially those with special needs—in a classroom setting. Assist with learning, behavior, and daily activities while helping create a safe and structured environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist teachers with classroom activities
+ Support students one-on-one or in groups
+ Monitor progress and behavior
+ Help with daily care needs as required
+ Support classroom organization and communication

**Requirements**

+ High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
+ Experience with children (special needs preferred)
