Paraprofessional / Teacher Aide

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional / Teacher Aide to support classroom teachers and help provide a positive, inclusive learning environment for students. This role involves both in-person support in the classroom and opportunities for remote/virtual assistance where applicable, such as tutoring, lesson prep, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional support

• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning

• Support students with special needs or learning challenges

• Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers

• Prepare materials and support administrative tasks as needed

• Participate in virtual or hybrid teaching activities if required
