OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Responsibilities

• Attending customers as quick as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information such as address, name, email address, and phone number using an IPAD.
