Job Description

The Parking Attendant is responsible for assisting customers with parking, managing the orderly flow of vehicles, and ensuring the safety and security of the parking area. This role requires courtesy, attentiveness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide vehicles to available parking spaces in a safe and orderly manner
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure smooth traffic flow
• Assist customers with parking-related inquiries and concerns
• Issue parking tickets and collect parking fees when applicable
• Ensure compliance with parking rules and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the parking area
• Report any incidents, damages, or security concerns to the supervisor
• Coordinate with security personnel when necessary
