Parking Manager

To lead the efficient operations of Araneta City's parking facilities and busport terminal by maximizing revenue, managing lessee experience, optimizing traffic flow, and enforcing service standards that enhance the accessibility and profitability of transport hubs.

Specific Duties

• Leads daily operations, rounds, and inspections of all managed transport properties
• Enforces POS integrity, contract compliance, and facility readiness
• Prevents revenue leakage and manages proper documentation of collections
• Coordinates with Leasing for selection and turnover of vendors or transport partners
• Handles lessee concerns, violations, billing escalations, and repossessions
• Supervises file safekeeping, 201 records, permits, and insurance documentation
• Implements service enhancements and cleanliness protocols to improve commuter experience
