We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Parks Landscapes Supervisor to lead the delivery of high-quality maintenance across our parks network.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee contractors and crews, ensure service standards are met, and help deliver safe, well-maintained spaces for our community to enjoy.

• Lead, motivate, and support crews to deliver high-quality work
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and on-the-job guidance to build capability and performance
• Support performance management and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
• Promote team engagement, clear communication, and a collaborative working environment
• Support the training and development of Amenity Horticulture trainees
