As an Part II Architect, you will work closely with our team to lead in the development of design concepts, prepare drawings and models, and provide support throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities :

• Design Development: Meeting with the Clients and analyse the Design Brief, lead the designing team to develop design concepts and ideas, development tabulations and etc. This involves creating architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Plan Submission: Preparing Building Plan drawing for Authority submission, following and updating the approval process and obtaining the plan approval according to the project timeline. Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
