Part- Time Accountant

Duties include but not limited to:

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering AP, AR, GL transactions
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close responsibilities and ensure team members are on track during close
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure optimum process and efficiency and support transformation and future state projects
• Ensure deadlines and controls are met in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Manage proper deliverables to external auditor on annual audits and quarterly reviews
