About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Payroll Officer responsible for managing staff payroll, supplier and vendor invoices (Accounts Payable), and client billing and collections (Accounts Receivable). This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing across payroll and day-to-day accounting functions.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and time-tracking validation using Hubstaff, supporting smooth financial operations across our staffing engagements.
