Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly reliable Online Business Manager (OBM) to take ownership of operations, projects, systems, and team coordination so the business can move forward with clarity, momentum, and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action, building systems that run without constant follow-up, and acting as the central point of accountability across the business. You will work closely with the Founder, taking ideas and strategic direction and ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard—without the need for micromanagement.
Success in this role means the Founder can confidently close mental tabs, knowing priorities are clear, work is progressing, and nothing is falling through the cracks.
