Part Time- Baking Attendant

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakes
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or specific product specifications
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and proofers
• Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of baked products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory levels; notify supervisor of shortages
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished products for display or delivery
• Rotate stock and ensure freshness of all baked goods
