Overview
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage accounting for three companies using QuickBooks. This role is responsible for keeping all books accurate, up to date, and executive-ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working directly with leadership.
This position will also involve bringing all three companies fully up to date by uploading and reconciling historical receipts, invoices and transactions from August 2025 through January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
Upload and categorize receipts and transactions for all three companies
Upload and reconcile historical receipts, invoices and transactions (Aug 2025–Jan 2026)
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
