LINX Consulting is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper with a basic background in QuickBooks Online and strong attention to detail. This role supports daily financial tasks and ensures accurate, organized bookkeeping aligned with our internal standards.

What You'll Do:

Record transactions in QuickBooks Online (basic use is acceptable)

Assist with simple reconciliations (bank, AP/AR)

Maintain organized financial documentation

Support journal entry preparation (with guidance)

Follow established bookkeeping workflows and SOPs

What We're Looking For:

Basic familiarity with QuickBooks Online

Understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals (debits/credits, ledgers)

Strong accuracy, organization, and reliability

Willingness to learn and follow step‑by‑step procedures

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
