Part-Time Cook
to support our kitchen team during busy service periods. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their culinary skills in both American BBQ and steakhouse cuisine, while working flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and cooking of smoked meats, classic BBQ sides, and premium steaks under the guidance of our senior kitchen team. Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency and quality. Support daily mise en place, including ingredient prep, marination, and station setup. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment. Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service.
