Part-time Dining Room Associate

Middlebury College Dining is searching for reliable, motivated employees who are needed to perform a variety of important functions in the dining room area to ensure that food items are neatly presented and available to the students. This includes keeping salad bars and other food areas well stocked and cleaned throughout meal periods.


This position is a part time, non-benefited, hourly position. The starting pay for this position is $16.94 per hour.

Responsibilities include:


+ Food Preparation & Serving: Maintains various workstations in the dining rooms, this includes restocking: salad bars, deli bars, bread, fruits, desserts, and other items during meal periods and in preparation for the next shift.

+ Customer Service: Answers students’ questions in a polite, courteous manner and ensures the food presentation is consistently attractive.
