Part Time Direct Support Facilitators – Community Participation

Overview The Direct Support Facilitator has the goal of helping build great lives for the individuals,  their families and the community we serve by fostering an enriching and responsive  community participation environment.

Working as members of a larger connection of  supports, Direct Support Facilitators – Community Participation will collaborate with other staff members to implement meaningful development plans and programming/activity  schedules that flow from a client centered philosophy.

Pay rate :28.71 This is an existing vacancy Qualifications DSW, SSW or Social Sciences degree or diploma in a related field.

Two (2) years recent experience working with adults with a developmental disability preferred.
