Job Description
thefutureworks is currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership role within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to play a key role in supporting strategic priorities and ensuring the smooth running of executive operations.
The role is temporary, part time (16 hours per week), working 4 hours per day, 4 days per week and the hours can be flexible to suit.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive calendar and time management for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective use of time
* Coordinate end-to-end meeting management, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
