HIRING: PART-TIME EXTERNAL AUDITOR

We are currently seeking a Part-Time External Auditor to provide professional audit, accounting, and tax-related services.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. Review of Tax Compliance

• Review accuracy and completeness of BIR-filed tax returns and reports, including:
• Income Tax Returns (BIR Forms 1702Q and 1702)
• VAT Returns (BIR Forms 2550Q and 2550M)
• Withholding Tax Returns (BIR Forms 1601C and 1604C)
• Summary Alphalist of Withholding Agents (SAWT)
• VAT Relief / Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP)

2. Review of Accounting Records

• Review accounting entries, General and Subsidiary Ledger balances
• Review Financial Statements prepared using QuickBooks Online

3. Review of Internal Control Systems

• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control policies and procedures covering:
• Cash
• Accounts Receivab...
