+ Keep apartment communities clean, functional, and compliant by maintaining disposal areas, dumpster enclosures, and common spaces.

+ Evenly distribute and compact trash using company-provided equipment.

+ Sort and handle recycling and compost materials according to company procedures.

+ Perform general porter services like sweeping, cleaning enclosures, and removing debris.
