Responsibilities

• Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Overseeing treasury, investor drawdowns, and loan covenant compliance
• Managing audits, tax, and regulatory obligations
• Driving improvements in financial systems, controls, and risk frameworks
• Supporting property transactions, valuations, and investor reporting
• Mentoring and guiding the finance team
