We are seeking a highly analytical, experienced and proactive FP&A Specialist to drive financial insights and strategic decision-making. Working as a key remote partner to our leadership team, you will be responsible for building complex financial models, managing the annual budgeting process, and providing the story behind the numbers through variance analysis. This role includes a mix of recurring reporting and production work (updating templates, recurring scorecards, monthly packages) and deeper analysis (scenario modeling, ad hoc decision support). The ideal candidate is comfortable doing both.
