Part Time Florist

Responsibilities:

• Design and make floral arrangements (hand bouquets, flower stands, vase arrangements, centerpieces, hampers) adhering to our pricing and costing guidelines.
• Ideate and prepare client proposals, making recommendations on flower mix and arrangement style based on the client's brief, style preferences, budget, and occasion.
• Answer customers' questions / enquiries via email and phone.
• Learn our house style of wrapping bouquets and be able to do so effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure all creative tasks are carried out to meet deadlines.
• Assist with flower care responsibilities, maintaining the floral fridge as required
• Optimise use of flowers to minimise wastage.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies.
• Help to maintain the cleanliness of the floral studio.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
