About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part Time Food & Beverage to join our team at Cititel Express Ipoh.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them to customers in a timely manner
3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set up and cleared efficiently

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing food and beverage or hospitality role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
4. Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality customer service
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
