• Contact existing and past donors to encourage monthly or annual giving.
• Use on/offline engagement platforms to fundraise and update database accordingly.
• Build rapport and communicate the impact of donations.
• Update donor information accurately in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive conversations with care.
