Your role includes participating in a call rota and engaging in quality improvement and teaching opportunities, ensuring comprehensive support for patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage acute care in a 32-bed unit
• Conduct ward rounds and address new admissions
• Collaborate with allied health professionals
• Participate in night and home call duties
• Engage in teaching and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Full current licensing with CPSBC
• Eligibility for CCFP certification
• Membership in CMPA is mandatory
