Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Prepare tea beverages according to company standards (for Barista role)
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
• Support daily outlet operations and team collaboration

Requirements

• Guest Experience Leader: prior experience in F&B role preferred
• Tea Barista: no experience required (training provided) Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (FHC) required
• Service-oriented, positive attitude, and willing to learn
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
