Part-Time Guest Service Associate

We are looking to hire a
Part-Time Guest Service Associate V
A who will assist our partner short-term rental business with their daily operations from customer service, guest coordination, and issue resolution.

Schedule: Friday to Sunday - 10AM to 7PM EST

Rate: Php262.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries via email, chat, text, and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues promptly
• Manage reservations and communications on Airbnb, Guesty, and other OTAs
• Provide admin support for STR operations

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in STR
• Proficient with Airbnb, Guesty, and OTA platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
