T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a highly competent, confident and proactive HR Advisor to join our Client on a part time basis in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a six-month period.

This role is specifically structured to offer genuine flexibility, allowing core hours to seamlessly wrap around your personal commitments, such as school drop-offs and pick-ups.

As a HR Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner within the business, providing expert guidance, driving compliance, and influencing positive organisational change.
