Part-Time Instructor, Department of Civil and Urban Engineering, New York University

The Department of Civil and Urban Engineering (CUE) at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering invites applications for part-time, non-tenured instructors, with a start date of January 21, 2025.



The CUE department offers a BS degree in Civil Engineering, MS degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, and Transportation Systems, and PhD degrees in Civil Engineering and Transportation Systems.

We invite applicants to teach one or more graduate or undergraduate courses. In particular, we presently seek instructors to teach laboratory sections of CE-UY 2213 Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics. The lab sections are currently scheduled to meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon during the spring 2025 semester.
