Job Title: AS400 Trainer Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AS400 Trainer to deliver training sessions on IBM i (AS400) systems, including RPG programming, CL, DB2, and system operations.The trainer will be responsible for designing training content, conducting sessions, and supporting learners in building technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Conduct training on AS400 technologies (RPG, CL, DB2, SQL, IBM i basics)Develop and update training materials, presentations, and exercisesDeliver classroom/virtual sessions for freshers and experienced candidatesEvaluate trainee performance through assignments and assessmentsProvide technical guidance and hands-on supportStay updated with latest AS400/IBM i advancementsRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of AS400 / IBM i platformHands-on experience in RPG (RPGLE), CL Programming, DB2Good understanding of system operations and job schedulingExcellent communication and presentation skillsTraining or mentoring experience preferredExp...
