Part-Time IT Sales Coordinator

Job Description

PSG is looking on behalf of a leading Managed IT Services provider, specialising in Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, and IT Security. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their Sales Team on a part-time basis (initially 2 days per week.)

The Role

• Prepare quotes and assist Sales Executives with product & service sales
• Manage renewals (warranties, subscriptions) and maintain revenue streams
• Handle procurement, supplier purchase orders, and logistics
• Maintain client databases and keep stakeholders updated on progress
• Support the sales team with calls, admin, and vendor certifications

About You

• IT hardware knowledge and vendor sales support experience (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
