Property Management Company is looking for a high energy part time Leasing Agent for 102 Unit Apartment community in Ontario, CA.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is 3-days a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8 hours each day. Ideal for anyone looking to earn some extra income.

Responsibilities

Leasing Agent will be responsible for rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates. Responsible for move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings. Responsible for ensuring paperwork is current and prospective tenants is completed accurately. Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

Must have a great attitude, excellent customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.

Experience in Multi Family industry preferred, but not required. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
