Salary Range: $28.00 To $32.00 Annually






Outreach is seeking a qualified candidates for the position of Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our adolescent residential facility located in Ridgewood, Queens. The PT LPN is responsible for the delivery and implementation of patient health services. The PT LPN serves as a member of the treatment team.

+ Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

What You Will Do:

+ Conduct and/or monitor all medication calls and health calls as scheduled.

+ Work with both clients and guardians to schedule medical appointments to assist clients in maintaining optimal health and conduct any follow up as required.
