Part-Time Loan Specialist - SBA

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Obtains required documentation and processes all small business loan packages.

+ Inputs loan data into settlement and SBA systems for setup and activation.

+ Coordinates settlements with customers for purchase of SBA loans.

+ Prepares settlement packages for funding.

+ Prepares monthly loan certificate inventory.

+ Processes and posts all SBA loan principal and interest payments.

+ Processes and posts loan payoffs.

+ Balances SBA loan transfer fees.

+ Perform Reconciliation for P & I payments between the investors and originator.

+ Customer service liaison for safekeeping accounts.

+ Escalates more complex service issues to seasoned associates.

+ Performs analysis for safekeeping statements.

+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
