Key Responsibilities:
• Perform wound care assessments and patient education
• Create tailored care plans with clients and families
• Mentor staff and students within the care team
• Participate in collaborative discussions across NSWOCs
• Maintain effective communication throughout the care process
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse licensure in the province
• Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP, IIWCC, or relevant APN education
