Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to support daily operational activities. The role involves coordinating delivery agents, managing inbound and outbound items, maintaining accurate records, and responding to communications in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery agents and rider assignments based on preferred locations
• Manage inbound items and prepare outbound items for delivery
• Pack and sort items according to assigned delivery agents
