Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a highly tech-savvy Operations, Tech & Marketing VA to help streamline, automate, and optimise our backend systems particularly email, SMS, and software integrations so our in-practice team can focus on patient care and community connection.
This role will start heavily focused on systems, automation, and integrations, and will evolve over time to include ongoing marketing execution and optimisation once those foundations are in place.
This is a collaborative role - you will be encouraged to bring ideas, recommendations, and solutions, while the founder retains final decision-making.
- Compensation: 1000 AUD/month
- Location: Remote
- Hours: 20 hours/week Monday - Friday within Melbourne Business Hours
