BC Cancer Agency is seeking a part-time Internal Medicine Physician to collaborate with the Pain and Symptom Management/Palliative Care team. Responsibilities include addressing patient needs in context with oncological management and ensuring continuous communication between care providers. This role emphasizes clinical, educational, and research pursuits in palliative care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in clinical and educational activities as part of the PSMPC team
• Address palliative care requirements of cancer patients
• Ensure continuity of care with community-level physicians
• Provide consultation and education to cancer care teams
• Engage in research and public education on symptom management
