Their work involves both business and personal logistics, and they are seeking a highly reliable, execution-focused assistant who can take ownership of day-to-day tasks, reduce friction, and create simple systems to keep things running smoothly.

This is a trusted, in-person role that blends practical execution with independent judgment. The successful candidate will work locally in Kelowna and will occasionally work from the CEO’s home office to manage physical mail, shipping, and materials.
