Part-Time Proctoring

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General knowledge of Windows-based applications
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate
• Ability to multitask and perform various duties, including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to converse and communicate in the English Language
• 0-1 years' experience in BPO/CSR
• Able to work on the night shift
• Able to work onsite
