Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is searching for a part-time Receptionist to work in our Cleveland, Ohio location for three days per week including mandatory Sundays . The Receptionist position is responsible for giving excellent customer service while greeting visitors, answering and placing phone calls and assisting families with their services.
Position Responsibilities
* Be kind, polite, empathetic, compassionate, and attentive to a family's needs in their time of grief.
* Professionally responds to questions from clinics or families about our services, the cremation process, and memorial products that we offer. Providing thorough support.
