Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager you will support with the recruitment of casual pool, and permanent employees. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
