For my client rapidly growing FinTech we are seeking an experienced Part-time Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts for call center agents and frontline staff.

The ideal candidate will have a background in BPO or call center environments and will be skilled in sourcing and selecting candidates for agent roles. This position offers the opportunity to work flexible hours while helping to build a strong team of call center professionals.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Previous experience in BPO, call center recruitment, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with high-volume recruitment and the ability to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Ability to work in a time zone similar to Mexico.
