Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse - Haemodialysis

Humber River Health seeks a part-time Registered Practical Nurse for its Haemodialysis Unit. This role focuses on patient care and education while supporting a key nephrology program in North West Toronto.
As a vital member of the Haemodialysis Unit, you'll engage in chronic disease management and empower patients in their care. This position requires flexibility for 8 rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
