The Applicant must be:

• Strong proficiency in modeling, documentation, collaboration, and project standards.
• Architecture, engineering, or construction background. A degree or substantial professional experience in these fields strengthens credibility.
• Proven ability to deliver instruction, whether in classrooms, workshops, or online platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to during weekends.
• Good communication skills
