Salary Monday - Thursday: $14/hr Friday - Sunday: $16/hr Job Description Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador. Achieve Individual sales and Store sales targets. Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store. Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes. Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers. Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints. Requirements Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in a dynamic environment. Sales and customer-oriented. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Chinese speaking is a must to cater to Chinese tourist groups. Working hours: Maximum 35 hours per week (include weekend, PHs), retail hours.
