Scheduler is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, ensuring timely service
delivery, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and staff. The ideal
candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about
supporting quality care in the home.
Skills
• 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service
preferably in home care, healthcare, or service-based industry
• Experience with home care scheduling platforms (e.g., ClearCare/WellSky,
