We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support & eCommerce Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience and a background in Shopify-based eCommerce environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction while ensuring tasks are followed efficiently.

• Respond to and troubleshoot customer service enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle general enquiries related to products, shipping, returns, and order concerns
