Part Time Teacher for Grade 8 Classes

Wild Rose School Division invites applications for the position at Pioneer Middle School for the year. This part time (0.75 FTE) teaching assignment includes sharing a grade 8 homeroom along with teaching Science 8, Math 8, Wellness components of PEW8, CEFL 8, and additional courses. The role runs Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, starting August 24, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and assess Science and Math content
• Engage students in PE wellness topics
• Coordinate two grade 8 complementary courses
• Ensure a safe and nurturing classroom
• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning
Requirements:
