Part-Time Team Lead

We are a small but growing virtual assistant agency. We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to monitor 10–20 GVAs for a specific client.

This is a part-time role, ideal for students or entry-level VAs who can take initiative, work independently, and flag any issues with VA work when needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily VA activity:

• Check time tracker logs, screenshots, and task completion
• Ensure GVAs are actively working during the day

2. Identify Irregularities:

• Spot screenshots that show personal activity not related to work (e.g., Facebook, YouTube)
• Note missing or suspicious time entries
• Flag or call attention to VAs if something seems off

3. Reporting:

• Prepare daily and weekly summaries of VA activity
• Highlight any issues or irregularities for the agency owner
